Our Returns Policy

If you purchase a product that is faulty, damaged or not fit for its intended purpose, we can provide you with an exchange, credit or refund.
Returns exclude any customised product, special order products, any canteen (food/beverage) products as well as some furniture products.
Some change of mind returns may incur a restocking fee. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

To make a return, simply:
1. Ensure the product is in its original packaging
2. Retain your original receipt/invoice
3. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to advise of the problem. We’ll organise a pick up and discuss your request for an exchange, refund or credit.
